Here's an update from my last entry and more, the TEDx Honolulu 2011 "It's About Time" conference have officially rescheduled and relocated. It is now on 11.1.11 (Tuesday, November 1st, 2011) at the Cupola Theater, 2nd floor of the Honolulu Design Center. This Saturday, 10PM, the ARTS at Marks Garage will feature the New Eccentrics with special guests Miss Fortune & Violetta Berreta of Cherry Blossom Cabaret, Kamuela Kahoano, Nate Mark, and Jason Tom.
Next week Friday (January 29th) at the Mercury Bar Cherry Blossom Cabaret presents Aloha For Haiti. 100% of the proceeds to benefit Doctors Without Borders (http://www.doctorswithoutborders.org), an international medical humanitarian organization that provides aid in nearly 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe.
