Two nights ago, I did an opening beatbox performance for the Rock Your Body Fashion Dance Benefit at the SoHo Mixed Media Bar presented by National Dance Week Hawaii and Dancers Unlimited. "Fell In Love WithAh Human Beat Box" is a peep into one of the singles on the Kenny Muhammad album "HUMANORCHESTRA." It's a has story and concept about a woman who falls in love with a human beat box artist. A great concept! If you folks remember, I was in the Bay Area of California for the Estria Graffiti Battle Invitational week of events earlier this year. For all you Coldplay fans out there, while there, I got picked up by an advertising agency firm to beatbox a recording for a Coldplay project on their song "Paradise." It was a lot of fun to work on, but unfortunately that project got canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Super line up tomorrow at Hawaiian Brian's for Comedy Dojo X: the Return of David Lee. My first Comedy Dojo and first comedy show as a featured musical act in years. The last comedy show I did was a couple years back when I opened for one of my heroes Michael Winslow at Pipeline Cafe. When I caught Michael Winslow live, his show literally blew my mind away. It is now on 11.1.11 (Tuesday, November 1st, 2011) at the Cupola Theater, 2nd floor of the Honolulu Design Center.
